Unfortunately due to the nature of personalised dummy clips, we cannot accept returns on our made to order clips.
For non-personalised items, these can be returned for a refund or store credit.
You can choose to return for store credit and receive free return post, or if you would prefer to return for a refund, we retain $10 from your refund to cover the return costs. This option ensures your package is trackable and we are able to cover your return should it be lost in transit.
These items need to be received by us within 21 days of your receiving and in the same condition they left our studio.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at info@hellobaba.com.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDERS
We begin working on your order straight away so please check all details of your personalised order – correct name spelling & colour of beads. If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately at info@hellobaba.com and we can check what stage of production your order is in. If your order has already been started it may not be possible to cancel or change it.
